Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options based on your location.
International / Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States as well as international.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your items on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at zinscoparts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
